Dinner 4-23-10




Whole Foods organic wheat crust & tomato/basil sauce
Red & yellow peppers
Kalamata olives
Garlic
Red onion
Spinach
And my first Daiya vegan cheese mozzarella shreds experience (creamier than I expected - more like a creamcheese on the pizza - and didn't brown by the time my wife/kids dairy mozzarella did - overall: I liked it)
+ Cabernet
