Amy's Non-Dairy Bean Burrito
Daiya mozzarella & cheddar shreds
Homegrown tomato

Frank's hot sauce

Dinner 7-25-10

FINALLY grilled some tofu! We have prepared it several ways inside, but this was the first time marinating and grilling it. Marinade was a made-up concoction of miso, soy sauce, sesame oil (& seeds) ginger, and garlic. We put that on both the tofu and the vegetables.

It was good and the kids really liked it too!

Catching Up

I've unfortunately allowed myself to fall behind in updating this blog, so I'll play a little catch up now...

Lost track of which day this was taken, but had some quinoa pilaf leftover from a few nights ago.



Some morning cereal favorites lately:






Wife fried some fresh vegetables from the farmer's market and our garden the other night. Had those with some black bean hummus, pita chips & 'Tommy Toes' tomatoes, also from the garden. Amy's Woodstock and Goddess dressings on the side.
