



Our first attempt at grilling homemade pizzas. Very happy with how they turned out - loved the texture of the crust: crispy on the bottom side which spent the most time facing the heat (they started on one side then got flipped partway through and got loaded with toppings. Mine:
Olive oil
Sauteed mushrooms & garlic
Kalamata olives
Homegrown swiss chard,
rosemary, thyme, sage
Daiya Foods mozerella shreds
WF pasta sauce for dipping
Natty Greene's Guilford Golden Ale
