Dinner from the freezer tonight:
Gardein 'Buffalo Wings' & Crispy Tenders
The 'wings' were MUCH spicier than I expected.
Also had a simple salad:
Chard, lettuce & onion from the garden, raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, S & P
